Covid-19 Open Source Ventilator

   I was thinking if somehow the world could come up with a open source ventilator, the maker community could make the difference.   You guys are aware of cloud based 

 Anyhow, with a open source ventilator loaded into that software by Autodesk (autocad), every shop in the U.S. could be making parts.    From a 3 man shop to a fortune 500 company.   And they could be doing it right now.  Everyone would just need an address to send parts for quality control.    The government can handle getting them assembled after that, and also the website that keeps a tally of needed parts.

It would unleash every level and every style of manufacturing in the U.S. and Europe.     

I wanted to speak up.


There is no reason American Manufacturing should be laying down.   WIth that system we are all kicking ass.

I’m into this, American ingenuity at its finest. We have the tools to make anything and make it fast. I’m sure Trump would give us a “hit the Green button,” we can save lives working together.
