Hey guys…Got a HUGE issue today. I turn on the Lathe (TL-1) and home it. Z axis stops about 12 inches from the chuck and sets Z zero right there…Cant move beyond it in handle jog OR manually with handle…WTH happened?? and How do I fix it??

I take it you use this method correct.
Power on
Rest the servo off alarm.
Cycle door.
Press Zero Return.
Press the letter X.
Press the Single Axis button (the X axis will go home)
Press the letter Z
Press the Single Axis Button (the Z axis will go home)
Then you can power up restart or go into memory then current commands.
If this doesn’t work check your Prox Sensor for the axis to see if it needs cleaning off and try again.

So I powered down…moved the crossfeed manually in Z past the bad spot and repowered on and powerup restarted…cleaned the switch…all good now…thanks all
