Greeting all,
We are looking to start an in-house CNC Training program at our company. This would be for entry level people and for current machine operators who are ready to make the jump to machine programming.
We have looked at the Fanuc CNC Simulator and the Machine Simulation. They look like they would have good value in teaching basic CNC skills in a classroom without using the production machines. Does anyone have experience with these simulators and could you give some comments on the pros and cons of these systems? Thank you!

No experience with a Fanuc simulator, but if anything like the Haas Simulator it would have value providing hands on experience to get familiar with the control.
