Where to Begin?

Hello,
Quick bio on myself.
Recently hired as QA Manager at small AS9100:2016 cnc job shop servicing aerospace, energy, defense customers.
Background is in general manufacturing but completely green to the cnc machining world and very excited about this learning opportunity!
I’m unsure if I should begin w/ the Titan Fundamentals, Building Blocks or some other course…
Would someone be able to offer their insight and suggestion?
Thanks and have a great evening.
Mike

To acquaint yourself with CNC Machining, The academy has a link to AutoDesk’s “Fundamentals of CNC” This is a good primer and if you decide a great tool to evolve any CNC skills.

Welcom, great that you are with us. I agree with Stephen Hadwin, the fundamentals would be a awesome place to start.

Can someone describe the main differences between the “Titan Fundamentals” course and the “Building Blocks” course?

The Fundamentals go over mill, lathe, coolant, and shop management. Whereas the Building Blocks are Projects that progress from beginner level CAD/CAM, Setup, and Running Parts on Mills/Lathes.
This is the only thing out there that really goes in depth, and teaches a person what they need to become a Productive Machinist.
