1/16 broken carbide drill

Good afternoon everyone. Today I broke a 1/16 diameter carbide drill in a roll. Its sitting about .45 deep. Any thoughts on how to remove it? We need job to be done sooner then later so not really wanting to send it out to be EDM’d. Any help would be great. Hopefully soon :slight_smile:

Unless the hole is a through hole. I would recommend just going to the EDM company. Even if it were through hole that you could drill from the backside the likelihood of breaking the second drill would be highly probable. That’s my two cents worth anyways.
