We have multiple cnc machines in our shoop and we doing multi plates tools for rubber industry,
There is no documentation flow apart work sheet and work orders.
Can you please explain how to keep quality work completion on multi plates tools?
People working old fashion way and nothing is checked ones completed on cnc.
I find lots of problem due to all mistake aper when we bluing plates together to make tool assembly.
Can you advice what documentation can help keep quality.
