Hey there! I have a business where we design and build automotive aftermarket parts that we sell to dealerships and consumers. We have always used job shops to do our cnc work, but as of recent we have purchased Haas machinery to bring it in house. it’s a huge step for us, but defiantly one in the right direction.
one thing I’m really lacking is documentation, followers, PROPER setup sheets etc… do you guys have examples of documents that you use in your day to day operation to help with communication among the shop, part adjustments needed etc???
any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

All of the documents on the TITANS of CNC: Academy are modified versions of setup sheets and first article inspection reports we have used on our shop floor. May they inspire you to update your own shop’s documentation and RISE TO GREATNESS!

You’re welcome! The TITAN Building Blocks and TITAN Rocket belong to our CORE series and have supplementary materials attached in the related files. Also, you will find similar documentation on the TITANS of CNC: Aerospace Academy.
