I’ve been looking through several companies that sell 5-axis sinker EDMs and 5-axis wire EDMs. All of them claim to have cutting edge technology or the best machine out there. I was wondering if anyone knew a quality brand for these machines?

I run the EDM department here at Titans of CNC. Have you looked into what GF has to offer? They own over 100 patents in EDM and were the first company to ever produce an industrial EDM machine. In my experience, they are the leading EDM company in terms of technology and knowledge. I think you would be very interested in what they have to say. Looking at what they have to offer I’d be very interested in talking to GF. I’m also curious to know why Titans went with ONA EDMs versus GF or some other brand?
I can put you in contact with someone on the GF team if you would like? We initially chose ONA because they were a small company that made a more entry level EDM machine and we like to showcase a variety of different machine builders. They also have a long history of EDM experience. We consider them a good entry level choice, but we consider GF the best EDM company in the industry.
