Billy Boyce here from Sacramento CA or more specifically Fair Oaks. I was thrown into my fathers CNC shop at the age of 18 and was the only one there had to learn on my own and just figure it out. I made high-end Harley-Davidson motorcycle parts, chassis and all kinds of goodies. I design, I engineered ,I programmed and I ran parts. I won’t call myself a machinist but I made chips and I got parts made. Now I’m a designer and I create all the academy parts in collaboration with Titan and the team which I hope you all enjoy cheers.

Hi, interesting background. Did you make the models for the chess set series? I’m fortunate enough to work on a live tooling lathe in a shop which wants machinists to learn fusion 360, they’ve only just started pushing it. Those chess pieces are really good for learning everything about cam on a lathe, live axial and radial tools and complex turning

@Rumpelstiltskin Thanks I built that bike from a pile of tubing and chunks of aluminum in 2004. Hard to believe that was 14 years ago.
