Hello everyone,
I am a mechanical engineer looking to set up a shop to manufacture accessories related to aluminum profiles such as hinges, handles , wheels, flush bolts,etc…
I have a little experience in manufacturing and i would like to find out what are the machines i need to manufacture my products having samples of these on hand.
can anyone advise me on how to find out what manufacturing process is used for each of these and what machines i might need?

That is a very broad product line of accessories, each having several different ways of manufacture. You may wish to ask more specific question with a specific example. I immediately think of blanking and forming dies, maybe screw machines, more likely custom automated machines.

If you choose not to purchase the material, try searching google and youtube for the particular subjects. For example: google or search youtube for “stamping dies” or “threading on lathe”, etc.
