Hello everyone!
I’ve been following this academy for over a year now and have modeled numerous TITAN parts. However, i do not have a machine to learn the machining side, but i do enjoy designing the parts in Fusion. I’m wanting to inspect the first few TITAN parts (TITAN-1M,2M) with my FARO ARM. Who here has machined said TITAN parts? I would be greatly appreciative if i could barrow these parts so i can practice some machining inspection! I currently work as a full time Quality Engineer and have access to multiple pieces of Metrology equipment.

Thank you for your post! I wonder if @StephenHadwin has an extra parts to lend for this educational purpose? Or, I would also encourage you to post your request to the Academy Facebook Group. You may find other members who want to have their parts inspected by you!

@Grant_Whitney Where are you located? Everything I have on hand right now are my student’s seconds, but we are starting up and will soon have access to some finished good parts. I may be able to scrounge up a few.

I work with laser trackers, faro arms, creaforms, surphasors. we inspect large parts. i would like to get into smaller machined items!
