The first step to the CNC machine

Hello, my name is Sascha and I have had experience with CAD / CAM tools for 4 years but unfortunately I can not put my experiences into practice. I would like to buy a CNC machine. Unfortunately, I do not have that much money. What would you recommend here to start with a few simple constructions at home?

Best options would be 3d printing maybe, or cnc routers.
These are quite cheap even is you buy a fully assembled machines.
