Aerospace part for serious practice

Here is a real part…But i can’t upload here
This 3D wire model is of a 777 KEEL BEAM, all positions on top of production multi stage fixture. 145W2301-1 BOEING KEEL-BEAM POS. 1 OPS 100-190 DRWG REV B
Note this thing is huge 34’ long billet. We had adjustments on the program for temperature. Does anyone here want to learn this? Oh Yeah, i did this in 1996 with APT, no graphics, perfect part first time. I’ll show the code.

I mean I’d be down to learn

Hi, Will
Send me a email to sent the files to.
I would like to post this project to the group on the site.
Who could i discuss this with?

First thing is to open the model and make sense of the geometry.
It blew me away to make a 34’ long part on a 21" screen.
Well, i was paid so it was done.

I’m in. Message sent.

Are you getting anywhere with this data?

Here is an interesting note,
This Boeing part came to me with a “Kawasaki Heavy Industries” Title Block, on print.
Programmed and actually cut at Contour Aerospace, Orange County, Ca. Day shift and night shift CNC data for thermal expansion.
