@Billy-Boyce I’ve got the Fix-401 all modeled up with the Mitee Bites in. The blue surface in the pic is .045 higher then the bottom of the mitee bite clamp. My question is how do I cut the radius out on the mitee bite clamp when the tool is going to run into the blue surface since there not the same height?

@CoryLewis Is there a chance you can take the Mitee Bites out and cut them and re install them to run the parts?

Yep best way to go about that. get a small Block of aluminum cut the slot drill and tap it lock it down on that and then cut it should be plenty good. SAMPLE file >>>> http://a360.co/2Ixq8hk

Do the mitee-bites come with the channel for locking the wings (grey transparent block on top of mitee-bite) or do you make your own?

@StephenHadwin Yes they do. The part # in the drawing is the mitee-bites with the locks

@Billy-Boyce The small block of aluminum worked perfect! In your model you have the 1/4-20 hole as a counter bore and not a Threaded hole for the lock of the miteebite?

All right Looks great
the 1/4-20 was below the counter. I would have used the counter to dial it or locate my G54 or just my X/Y . I guess I should have said so you knew what that was about.

Oh yeah that makes sense now! I just put my Work Coordinate on the corner of the block
