Collisions when threading the rocket series

I’m getting constant collisions when simulating the o.d. threads. I have checked all the thread depths and pitches but still get tool holder collisions. It’s like the insert isn’t large enough to cut the thread. Anyone else encounter this?

I have seen the red collusion marker, so check you code, it could be your tool shape in the tool list creates a collision, if your code does not show it, then only the simulation is funky.

Thanks for the help. I found the fix. I checked the fade thread box and it seems to have cleared up the collisions

I can see fading the thread fix the issue but will the parts thread together fully without issue?

Zoom in and watch the simulation close, if you have a chamfer on the back side of thread and the tip of tool travels past that point, it should be all good… I have my students turn off the default 29 degree infeed.
