Operation #6 - 0.010 sharp edge chamfer on the lower, exterior pocket shows a strike error when I run the simulation. The tool plunge depth looks correct in front, isometric and left side views. Am I missing something here?
@Bill-Mutert Are you simulating the hole part program? if you only simulate the chamfer at that point there is stock that it rapids into and uses a part of the tool that dose not have cutting edges.
the first pitcher is a simulate doing it from the setup tab. and the second is doing a stimulating from the operation only

I was running a SINGLE operation only, I will try running an overall

@Rumpelstiltskin - The OVERALL simulation looks fine, I just wanted to make sure that I did not have an error somewhere.
