Can I actually get an education license for fuson360? or is my only option the 30 day free trial?

Yes i got a educational license I choose hobby in my form.
for 3 years duration.

You can also get the student version after the 30 day trial also. They just start with the 30 day first.

Okay, I am new to the program and just starting the first steps. I am on the link provided but I am not sure whether to get the student version or the Start up version. I believe I want the Start up version but, I can not find it. I followed the steps but, I believe they have changed since last posted. Any help / direction would be great!
Never mind I was able to find the right area to download just wasn’t getting far enough in to the process.

Click on free trial then click on download free trial
Then to fact check click on the info icon beside Are you a startup or hobbyist.
This is the important bit If your entitlement has been designated as “Startup, ” You may use the service if You are (a) a company, startup, or home-based business that generates less than $100,000 (or equivalent in other currency) per year from the total sale of goods or services, or (b) an individual using the service for personal non-commercial projects, hobbies, or personal learning. this means use as a hobby.

I guess I must have messed up somewhere I was trying to get the Hobbyist License but instead got the Education License. Is there anyway that I can change or will it make any difference.
You have to contact support to get it changed back

Not sure why you would be using anything other than the “startup” license. It’s configured for individuals and even companies that make less than $100k from using Fusion360. It can be renewed every year indefinitely (for now).

Sometimes the licences go wrong and you end up with a diffrent licences I have a had it happen a couple of times.

I went in and selected that but it gave me educational license.
To be honest, it’s been so long since I first signed on to their program, I don’t remember the exact steps I followed. I receive an email reminder every year on the anniversary date which leads me through the procedure for renewal.
