I’ve been curious about opening up my shop as a Makerspace. Do you have any comments on anything in relation to how you handle insurance/liability? Also any other challenges with it you have encountered.
Insurance as a school with just 1 teacher runs me $2600 per year. 2 million per occurrence. Sometimes zoning won’t let you run a school in a commericial zone. Lots of colleges are putting in shops and are open to public-- adult education. They might running off grant money. You can call me at 909-234-3369 . I will be out tomorrow until 2 pm.
