Hello Guys!
I have a question regarding Aerospace Academy TITAN 513M ISOGRID. When Travis inspected some of the thread possitions on ISO grid, they were in tolerances, but not absolutely perfect. What was the cause? I can´t really figure it out.

Thank you for your question. You’re right, the part was within tolerance and exceeded the print in a few features! Most variances are environmental or caused by the material itself. The flatness of the TITAN-513M was both a critical feature and a challenge to machine. Stuart’s workholding really set the stage for the successful manufacturing of this part.
