KENNAMETAL Speeds and Feeds

How or where do I find Speeds and Feeds for endmills?
I was given a MDRHEC .625dia endmill but i got confused on Kennametal’s website.
Can anyone help out with that?

I did happen to find that, but i dont understand the material separation. What part of that chart would i be using if i wanted to cut something like 15-5?
