Milling Hardox

Hello all

I am Robin, CNC-Programmer in a small company in germany.
We have a lot of Hardox 400 and Hardox 500 to mill (we have iMachining). At the beginning, the guys in my company used a WNT SilverLine D16 End Mill (not very good for Hardox). I just bought a new WNT BlueLine D10 (just for a cheap test (MMR is higher than with the old one)). But i am searching for the most efficient Tool i can get. Now i want to ask you guys if you have any experience and suggestions for me.

thank you in advance

best regards Robin

This has some info np that. I personally have not cot that.

I would contact Kennametal. They have some extremely high quality tools for machining hard and tough alloys.
