Questions about the Citizen Cincom D25

I have been operating the CNC Swiss type Lathes in the shop I work at, for about a year now. All of the CNC Swiss Machines are Citizen Cincom models: L20, L32, M32, and D25. I have a couple of questions pertaining to the D25.

When the other machines get a coolant alarm, the machine finishes the cycle before it alarms out. The D25 on the other hand does not finish the cycle before it alarms out.
My first question is what is the parameter on the D25 we need to change to prevent the machine from alarming out mid cycle?

The other machines have an on power button and an off power button on their control panels. The D25 only has one power button on the control panel.
My second question is what is the proper procedure for turning off the D25 control panel before powering off the machine?

I am not familiar with the new Mits controls, but someone with CinCom should be able to help you. I really like the 5-axis capability of the D25, wish I had one

I’m running a Nomura 20J3XB with Mitsubishi M80 control. This has happened to me also while running the high pressure unit when the flood coolant is running at same time. I have gotten creative with when to turn on and off the coolant while $1 and $2 are running simultaneously. Seems to have worked well mostly. We are scheduled to have a tech come in for more training and I will ask about this also. Hopefully he has a fix.
