i need help making the pocket, i follow the video exactly but it comes up with an error every time i press pull. what is “tool body creation failed”

Do you have the second option for chained faces checked? If that doesnt work maybe try creating a screencast video to show us exactly what you are doing. Attached is a screenshot of the settings that worked for me. Hope this helps
