I am currently looking into building my own cnc machine to machine titanium. I can’t afford a cnc machine, nor do I have the space for a commercial size one. Besides, I would enjoy the challenge of building a basic cnc.
I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions on what kind of spindle and xyz motors would work best? Any help or referrals would be very much appreciated. If what I plan on machining matters: all sorts of gun parts including internal parts, receivers for hand guns, AR-15s and rifles.
