Currently i am designing my own coolant tank for my conventional lathe
I would like to design my own tank thats easy to clean and skims and filters the oil to perfection.
When working on a conventional lathe like i often do you’l find out that there always alot of small aerosols of coolant in the air flying arround. Once i experienced a verry bad lung infenction from this. turned out that where bacteria in the coolant. Its always easyer to buy something that does this but i think its more easy and more within my budget to design an stainlessteel tank on wheels with a good filter, skimmer and pump to the job just as good.
