Have you looked at the training hear in the Academy?
Maybe you can take one of your good 3 axis programmer and train them up to 5 axis. Then train an operator to be a programmer? Then train a new operator. Lift up promote from within give folks the opportunity to advance.
I walked into a CNC shop as a programmer had lots of people mad at me because the company did not promote. If folks see you promoting from within it gives them hope that they can move up in the company.
Maby do it in reverse would be more productive.

I totally agree with you. It would be rough coming in over the current guys. Probably was an uphill battle for you… It can definitely be better to build up from within.
Yes! We’re totally looking at Titan’s academy to help train our employees. “BOOM! ”
We’re working on a huge training program with all our career paths. I’m so happy that we have these resources to help us.
