Hello all and thanks for the responses in advance.
I am unable to make a perfect circle once simulated, the edges always end up with a small point left on them, even after finishing passes. This happened on 2M on the outside 4 corners that are supposed to be angled off. I finally gave in and moved on to 3M, now the circle seems to have a small point on 4 corners, aligning with the stock corners. any help greatly appreciated.

Which software are you using? Are you seeing the small points on your machined part, or is it the simulation you are seeing the small points… If yo uare machining, I would verify I have a good lead in and lead out radius at the start and end of the circle in the 3M, not sure how you end up with 4 small points on the circle… Maybe add an image so we can see
Hey thank you so much for the reply… it was just the simulation, and it was the accuracy slider on the simulation tab!!! stupid self. I chased it for a little while, looked it up online, checked the forum nothing. Again, thank you for the reply, on to 6M for me.
