Good afternoon. I’m seeking help. My Haas is throwing these alarms. It did the other morning as well. I shut it down and it worked fine. Now its throwing it again. Any help is appreciated. Alarm 102 and 236
Try the two links below, if they are not helpful, I would suggest asking on Titan of CNC Facebook page or Haas CNC Repair Hacks FB group - [(3) Haas CNC Repairman Hacks - Redirecting...

To resolve this, follow the instructions from associated alarms and clear the condition causing the servo to shut off. You can press the RESET button to turn on the servo.

Alarm 236: Spindle Motor Overload
https://www.haascnc.com/service/troubleshooting-and-how-to/troubleshooting/wye-delta-contactor---troubleshooting-guide---chc.html
This alarm indicates a spindle motor overload. It can be caused by:
- An open coil on one of the Wye-Delta contactors
- No voltage from the I/O PCB to the Wye contactor coil
- A damaged encoder belt or a fault in the Non-Contact Encoder
To resolve this, check the Wye-Delta connections for arching or burn marks and ensure the connections are tight. Measure the resistance and voltage, and inspect the encoder belt, connections, gaps, and alignment
Good morning, thank you for the info. I don’t have a Wye delta.
I have a magnetic encoder.
I think my vector drive is going bad. The 3 outputs should match and one is 10 volts lower.
Thank you for the info again
