Titan 1-M tool too large for cut

For 1M my students and I keep getting an error tool to large when the finish contour starts. It already roughed it with the 3/8 endmill so it is not too large. What did we miss?

You may need to change your tool diameter offset to 0.000 in your tool offset display. If you probe or enter the tool diameter of .375 and you use “in control” for creating your tool path, you usually get this alarm

what steve said - if you probe tools - do length only - - don’t do rotate length and diameter - we use wear compensation in Fusion - which puts in G41 cutter comp and will compensate by whatever number is in Haas tool offset diameter row
