Hey guys,
I’m practicing Titan 7m cam and I could not understand this issue. While finishing the outside with 1/2" end mill, fusion ignores some contour and the toolpath was incomplete.

but when I altered compensation radius from 0.025 to 0.024, I got the desired toolpath.

I’m wondering why fusion ignored the toolpath previously.
Thanks.

I’m sure there is a more logical explanation. But for now almost all cam programs have little quirks that they will and will not do. I’m really impressed that you took the opportunity on your own to try some things to make it work. That’s fantastic awesome work. I’m sure some of the experts here will respond later with a more technical response.

That’s so sweet of you @Rumpelstiltskin.
I’m still confused whether altering comp. radius value wiould have any effect on output program.

Update: I found the issue. I failed to uncheck stock contour in Geometry tab.
It ignored the toolpath because comp. radius (.025) was outside the stock contour. Now with stock contours unchecked, tool is free to all sides without machining boundaries.
