Titan 90L, difficulty with creating profile

I find that my students have difficulty creating the profile using sketch and revolve when creating from the blueprints. They were unable to add the .060" x 45 degree chamfer. I found there to be a slight dimensional discrepancy in the drawing. In addition on the same chamfer a .010" x 45 degree chamfer is adjoined.

I downloaded the model for Titan page and then dimension ed the model.
Here are the dimensions and geometry needed to create profile using sketch/revolve.

Here is the drawing of the part as created by the tutorial… My student added chamfers using the .060 and .010 and selecting chamfer type of equal distance. We went back and created a drawing view with this model and got the following dimensions.

Creating the angled line showed a beginning theoritical point (Z.200, X.367) but did not actually show an endpoint. The tutorial showed the line extended to (Z1.240, X.475), My studentI did it different based on the drawing provided and I confirmed what his approach was. The only angle represented was a straight line running thru the 5 points for the .100 Diameter grooves. If you examined the drawing, it appears the centerline in X is approximately the same distance on all 5 centerpoints, then he created a line that was parallel to the point dimensions. This yielded 5 grooves that had same chord depth. This would probably be a drawing that I would go back to a customer for clarification, We all know what ASSUME means

Here is how we created the angled line profile.
