5-Axis Tool List

I can not find an uploadable 5-Axis tool list to import to Fusion. Has anyone come across one?

Maybe I’m reading this wrong but a Milling Tool List weather it be 3 or 5 axis. Really wouldn’t be any difference other than specific tools maybe. I have done 3 and 4 axis Milling for 10 years and used the same tooling.

Maybe elaborate on what tools

I know I can use the same tools from the M series, but in the 1st 5Axis part 139M, they call out a 1/16" ball mill. That is not in the M tools. The 3" shell mill and 1/4" chamfer bits are.

Oh ok well your sample library in Fusion should already have a 1/16 ball nose. Or just simply add it into your library for the Tool List on that part.

I tried adding it to the tools list last night. I used the Kennametal part number in Fusion360. I hope I got it right.

You may have to add some special tool holders (extended length) also.
