Hello I’m trying to program the Titan 8M in Fusion(CAM)
Now I get following warning:
Warnung: A contour was not machined because the given lead parameters would cause a collision!
Warnung: No passes to link.
I think I did everything like Titan so I can’t find what the problem is.
Could someone please help me!
Did you try changing the lead in out parameters?
Lead in I’m assuming is the tool coming into the part so if the lead in/out distance is adjusted to far, wrong angle, as well as tool geometry is input wrong will cause that error.
Look under passes tab
Chamfer Clearance- this is the setting for the tool body to part Clearance
Chamfer tip offset-this drops the tool farther down increasing the tool diameter that could cause a Collison.
Chamfer width- this needs to be zero if you modeled the Chamfer on the part
Under passes tab has leads and transitions. I would leave what fusion recommended.
If you go under file, share, link you can post on here an address to your exact file and people can see exactly your tool paths with the errors. This will allow someone to help you way more accurately than guessing
